A 50-year-old city man was arrested Monday after he threatened to shoot several people with a bow and arrow, according to Johnson City police.
Henry J. Bright, 50, 718 Wilson Avenue, was charged with aggravated assault.
According to the incident report, Jeffery A. Laws and Cathy S. Peters told police Bright took a bow and arrow from his front porch and said he would shoot them over a dog that had bitten one of their kids.
Bright was taken to the Washington County Detention Center, where he later bonded out.
