Blountville man accused of stalking, terrorizing neighbors

BLOUNTVILLE — A Blountville man indicted in October for allegedly terrorizing one Ballards Private Drive family has been indicted on a stalking charge alleging he has been following another resident of the same street, videotaping and firing shots from a gun when the man drives by his home.

A Sullivan County grand jury on Tuesday indicted Gerald Duncan, 63, 548 Adams Chapel Road, Blountville, on one count of stalking. In October, Duncan was indicted on a single count of reckless endangerment.

In an affidavit filed May 17, Michael Mikosh, a resident of the 700 block of Ballards Private Drive, alleged that in April Duncan had been following him “continuously” and “videotapes me leaving my house.”
