Mountain States Health Alliance’s HeartCoach design recently won a Gold Award from the CardioVascular Advertising Awards Program. The design for the HeartCoach, an RV that takes cardiovascular screenings into the community, was created in-house by the MSHA Communications & Marketing Department. MSHA received CVA awards for all three of its entries. In addition to the HeartCoach design, Gold status was also awarded to MSHA for its Cardiovascular Services Pocket Folder and Cardiovascular Services Patient Handbook.
In addition, a documentary on the history of Johnson City Medical Center recently won Gold in the MarCom Awards, an international competition for individuals and companies involved in the concept, writing and design of print, visual, audio and web materials and programs. The documentary, which focused on 100 years of health care at JCMC, was a collaboration between Mountain States Health Alliance’s Communications & Marketing Department and Leo Ticheli Productions, an Alabama-based production company.
MSHA also received an honorable mention for its Community Benefits Annual Report.
