On Thursday, the law firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz PC will present “Managing the Difficult Employee and Reducing Legal Risks.” This is the second in a series of six monthly Baker Donelson Employment Law Briefings to be held in Morristown, each focused on recent developments in labor and employment law.
Designed to provide an overview of common issues that human resources professionals encounter on a routine basis, the series will focus on six fundamental areas of employment law. Topics at future briefings include “Dangers and Pitfalls of Social Media,” “Bulletproof Documentation,” “Workplace Premises Issues and Guns in the Workplace” and “Employee Handbooks: A Useful Tool or a Trap for the Unwary?”
“Managing the Difficult Employee and Reducing Legal Risks” will be held at Walters State Community College in the Duggin’s Foundations Room in the College Center Building, 500 South Davy Crockett Parkway, from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. The event is free and breakfast will be provided.
