Baker Donelson to hold labor relations seminar

On Wednesday, the law firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz PC will present “How the New National Labor Relations Board Will Impact Your Business.” The breakfast briefing will provide information on decisions by the National Labor Relations Board which will affect both union and non-union companies.
Jennifer Keller and Steven Trent, labor and employment attorneys in Baker Donelson’s Johnson City office, will discuss important decisions and new or proposed regulations made by the board, which could result in changes in union and employer campaigning, elections and allegations of unfair labor practices challenging traditional management prerogatives.
“How the New National Labor Relations Board Will Impact Your Business” will be held at Baker Donelson’s Johnson City office from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m., with registration beginning at 7:15 a.m. The office is located at 100 Med Tech Parkway in Suite 200.
