Records detail Tennessee dead newborn's discovery; person of interest held

LaFOLLETTE — Bloody sheets and blankets. And a dead baby.

That's what authorities said they found inside a black garbage bag on the front porch of a home in the Beverly Hills subdivision of Campbell County late last week, according to records.

A person of interest in the case, Wanda Cieslak, 39, is in custody on outstanding warrants unrelated to the newborn's death, Campbell County Sheriff's Office spokesman Darryl Chapman said Monday.
