The Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence is hosting an application writing workshop for organizations in the health care, education, nonprofit, service, government and manufacturing sectors pursuing operational excellence. The workshop will provide a wide range of information, including tips for writing an application to the Criteria for Performance Excellence, a discussion of how award levels are determined and insight into what to expect during a site visit. Through its awards program and other endeavors, the nonprofit TNCPE provides organizations access to in-depth, low-cost assessment and consulting services.
The workshop will take place Nov. 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST, at the Nashville International Airport, Harvey P. Gassaway Building, Building No. 4251, 612 Hanger Lane, Nashville. Cost of the workshop is $275. TNCPE members receive a $50 discount.
