A disturbance report in Boones Creek on Sunday prompted Johnson City police to capture a Virginia man wanted in his home state on abduction and endangerment charges.
Donald Tomlinson, 32, 228 Head Hollow Road, Duffield, Va., was wanted in Lee County, Va., on two counts of felony abduction, one count of felony endangerment and three misdemeanor traffic offenses.
Police said in a news release Tomlinson's arrest on a fugitive from festive warrant resulted from a reported disturbance at 2695 Boones Creek Road.
A more detailed police report was not available Sunday.
Tomlinson was jailed in the Washington County Detention Center on $50,000 bond pending a Sessions Court appearance Monday.
