KNOXVILLE (AP) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is seeking the public's help in identifying a woman whose body was found behind a BP gas station in Crab Orchard.

The body was discovered Tuesday.

Investigators say they need help recognizing a tattoo on the woman's right calf. There are names along with what appears to be the numbers 2000, 2001 and 2005 tattooed inside the wings of butterflies.

Authorities believe the woman may be from the Knoxville area. An autopsy is being performed to determine the exact cause of death.

Anyone with information is being asked to call the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
