ELIZABETHTON — An 18-year-old man and three juveniles were charged following an investigation by the Elizabethton Police Department into a July 15 burglary at 309 Johnson Ave.
Connor Harrison Hall, 18, 609 Birch St., was arrested Monday on charges of aggravated burglary, theft over $500 and vandalism. Each of the three juveniles are charged with aggravated burglary, burglary, theft over $500, theft under $500 and vandalism.
Investigator David Peters said there were two burglaries to the Johnson Avenue residence. He said the three juveniles first entered the garage and took items. He said they left, only to return an hour later with Hall to make entry into the house and take more items.
Hall will answer the charges against him on Oct. 18 in Sessions Court. The three juveniles will be summonsed into Juvenile Court.
