An investigation into crack sales in Johnson City led police Thursday to arrest a man on several drug charges, police said in a news release.
James "C.J." Hardwick, 28, 1300 University Parkway, Apt. 2, was charged with four counts of the sale of a schedule II drug, conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine, two counts of violation of the drug free school zone law and maintaining a dwelling in which narcotics are kept or sold.
Police said Hardwick's arrest concluded a nearly four-month investigation into the sale of crack cocaine in Johnson City.
Hardwick was jailed in the Washington County Detention Center on $70,000 bond on $70,000 bond pending a Sessions Court appearance Monday.
