Rhymer named president of HVAC Inc.

HVAC Inc. recently announced the appointment of Keith Rhymer to the position of company president. Rhymer assumes the position held for 25 years by owner and company founder, Edd Hill.
Hill will continue in the role of CEO while Rhymer will assume the responsibilities managing all the daily operations of HVAC.
A 1990 graduate of James A. Cawood High School in Harlan, Ky., Rhymer earned an associate degree in science from Southeast Community College and a certificate of building construction management from Purdue University. He moved to Bristol and began working with HVAC in 1995 as a mechanical piping helper. He moved through the ranks as sheet metal shop helper, a controls technician, controls Installation and programming, job estimating, and project management before being appointed as vice president and general manager in 2009. Rhymer holds mechanical, plumbing and/or electrical state licenses in four regional states. He is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, Southwest Virginia Chapter. He is a graduate of the 2010 class of The Bristol Chamber of Commerce’s LEAD Bristol Program.
He resides in Bristol with his wife, Jennifer, and two children, son Hayden and daughter Sydney.
