ELIZABETHTON — A woman was arrested Thursday on a grand jury indictment on two methamphetamine related charges.
Heather Renea Garland, 26, 238 Ollie Collins Road, was charged with one count of initiation of the process to manufacture methamphetamine and one count of promotion of methamphetamine.
Garland was indicted by the grand jury in September. She is accused of initiating the process to make manufacture methamphetamine on or about June 4. She is also accused of purchasing 2.4 grams of psuedoephedrine tablets from the Wal-Mart pharmacy in Elizabethton on May 15.
