Sir Speedy purchases two firms

Sir Speedy has purchased the assets of Tri-City Stamp and Young’s Printing and Bindery.
Tri-City Stamp was previously located in Gray and owned by E.G. Carey. Tri-City Stamp made and produced self-inking stamps, rubber stamps, dater stamps and stamp pads for various businesses and individuals in the Tri-Cities area. Young’s Printing and Bindery was located on the Milligan Highway and was previously owned by Ted and Peggy Young. Young’s Printing and Bindery printed business forms, business cards and other printed documents as well as performed various bindery operations for consumers and printers in the area.
Sir Speedy has moved these assets and capabilities into their existing location at 3213 Hanover Road in Johnson City. The Johnson City location opened in 1997 and is owned by Eddie and Ruth Morelock. Sir Speedy is an international printing and copying franchise with 600 locations in 13 countries.
