BLOUNTVILLE — A Kingsport man has been arrested after allegedly snorting bath salts and placing 14 calls to Sullivan County's emergency dispatch center, asking for police to find his wife and, "tell her to come home."

According to Sullivan County Sheriff's Office incident reports, Kenneth Grizzle, 29, 322 Emery Church Road, was initially issued a citation for abuse of the 911 system at 6 a.m. Thursday. At that time, he had allegedly dialed 911 eight times between 1:37 a.m. and 5:40 a.m., ignoring repeated warnings that 911 was for emergencies only.

He reportedly told the responding deputy that his wife had left him, and he wanted police to find her and, "tell her to come home." The deputy reports Grizzle was cited after he advised that his wife was not in danger, and that she had left of her own accord.
