One Sullivan Co. meth lab leads to another; three men arrested

July 28th, 2011 1:58 pm by Rain Smith

BLOUNTVILLE — One meth lab has led police to another in Sullivan County, as three people were arrested Wednesday when officers attempted to locate the owner of a truck abandoned at a previous bust.

Last week the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office discovered an active meth operation at 726 Wyatt Hollow Road, Bristol, Tenn. When officers arrived two men were located at the home, while another man and woman were observed running into the woods.

A search of the area for the fleeing individuals allegedly came across an active meth lab. Police say an investigation into the discovery is continuing with charges pending.
