SBA to hold procurement summit

The U.S. Small Business Administration, in partnership with the Tennessee Small Business Development Center, will host the 2nd Annual SBA Procurement Summit on Friday in Nashville from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. (CST) at the TSU downtown campus, 330 10th Avenue North. This free event will feature federal government agencies and their prime contractors highlighting agencies’ upcoming needs for goods and services.
An exhibit hall and federal marketplace will be open all day allowing time to meet with agency representatives. Confirmed participating federal agencies and prime contractors include Tennessee Valley Authority, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Energy – Oak Ridge Office, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, National Nuclear Security Administration Y-12 National Security Complex, WSI-Oak Ridge, General Services Administration, U.S. Air Force Arnold Engineering Development Center, Aerospace Testing Alliance, Department of the Army - Ft. Campbell, NASA Marshall Space Flight Center and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers — Nashville. More agencies will be added as the event date draws near.
