July 25th, 2011 3:34 pm by Staff Report

Jennifer P. Keller, a shareholder in the Tri-Cities office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz PC and chair of the Labor & Employment Department, has been named to Lawdragon’s list of “40 Up and Coming Corporate Employment Lawyers.” Produced by Lawdragon, a national online legal media company, in conjunction with Human Resource Executive, the list was based on curriculum-vitae analyses, evaluations by clients and peers, and reporting by the Lawdragon staff.
Keller is an employment litigator who regularly appears before various administrative agencies, including the Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Tennessee Human Rights Commission and National Labor Relations Board. She advises clients on employment law matters including discipline and terminations, benefits issues, leave, disability accommodation, and policy formulation and enforcement. A substantial part of her practice focuses on providing training for employers in the areas of harassment and discrimination prevention, drug-free workplace, union avoidance and other employment law issues.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee School of Law, Keller has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America as a leading attorney in the practice areas of workers’ compensation law and labor and employment law and by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Business Lawyers as a leading labor and employment lawyer. She has also been named a “Rising Star” by Mid-South Super Lawyers.
