July 21st, 2011 10:49 pm by Staff Reports

A man and woman were arrested Thursday on burglary charges after they allegedly stole from the woman’s grandmother, police said in a news release.
Garry B. Linthicum, 44, 110 Milligan View Drive, No. 10, and Jennifer N. Davis, 27, of the same residence, were arrested on outstanding warrants charging them with aggravated burglary and theft of property under $500.
Police said the burglary occurred at the residence of Davis’ grandmother in south Johnson City. The victim reportedly told police an unknown man entered her residence and took her pocketbook.
The investigation revealed both Davis and Linthicum were involved in the incident.
Both were being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $21,000 bonds each. They were scheduled to appear in Sessions Court Monday at 1:30 p.m.
