BRENTWOOD — A former U.S. Army master sergeant as been arrested in Brentwood on warrants from Hopkinsville, Ky., on more than 100 counts of sexual abuse of a minor, according to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office.
James Johnson, 31, was arrested June 20, 2012, on charges of sexual abuse of a minor in Christian County, Ky., but was released on bond the same day. When he did not appear for his court date on Sept. 16, 2013, a warrant was issued for his arrest. The Army classified Johnson as a deserter Nov. 6.
Johnson was listed as the third most wanted fugitive by the Army.comments powered by Disqus
