Cattle rustling 2014? Two charged in northern Alabama

FORT PAYNE, Ala. — Two men were arrested early this morning and charged in connection with recent cattle and property thefts in southern DeKalb County, Ala.

David Grant Fulmer, 28 of Collinsville, and Eddie Ray Fulmer, 31, of Albertville, were taken into custody this morning by DeKalb County deputies and agents from the Department of Agriculture's Rural Crime Unit, according to a news release from Sheriff Jimmy Harris.

David Fulmer is charged with 2 counts of theft of property 1st for the cattle thefts, the release states. Eddie Fulmer is charged with theft of property 1st 2 counts, receiving stolen property 3rd, and promoting prison contraband.
