KINGSPORT — Developer Stewart Taylor has renamed his planned regional commercial project and appointed a new tenant recruiter.
In March 2013, Taylor announced plans for Heritage Point Towne Center, a prospective shopping complex with one million square feet of retail, entertainment and dining facilities at the Interstate 81/26 interchange.
The development is now called Tri-Cities Crossing while grading on the site nears completion, members of the Kingsport Economic Development Board were told by members of Taylor's team at their last meeting.comments powered by Disqus
