Good government

Good government

“The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and he delights in his way.” Psalm 37:23.
I know that Craig Ford is prepared to protect Washington County, our homes and our families with the professional leadership and management experience needed.
This is certainly a time for contemplation; it is also a time of true consecration and self commitment to the cause of justice, liberty, peace and a consecrated and sacred lifestyle, filled with great character, courage and integrity.
Human governments are part of the moral government of God and are vital for the preservation of human society here on earth. It is the duty of all people to help establish, maintain, support and take part in it.
To neglect good government is to neglect the salvation of souls. Promotion of public and private good is one of the greatest means of saving souls. I believe that Christians should vote and enter public life to help promote good government so that the gospel will not be hindered and stamped out. Both reason and experience, as well as the Bible make this obligatory upon all.
Since change is inevitable we should direct the change. Unequivocally, again I pledge my full support to Craig Ford for Washington County Sheriff. Vote on Election Day May 6.
