A man was arrested after police said his residence had been under investigation for suspected drug activity.
On Friday, Johnson City Police Department officers arrested Brett Fisher, 38, 305 W. Main St., Apt. 1, on 13 drug-related charges.
A JCPD press release said Fisher was accused of selling heroin, cocaine, crack-cocaine, oxycodone, and marijuana his apartment.
Fisher was charged with three counts of sale of a schedule I narcotic, possession of heroin for resale, six counts of sale of schedule II narcotics, two counts of sale of schedule VI narcotics, and maintaining a dwelling where narcotics are kept or sold.
He was taken to the Washington County Detention Center, where he was being held on a $130,000 bond. He will appear in Sessions Court on Monday afternoon to face his charges.comments powered by Disqus
