ROGERSVILLE — A Rogersville man allegedly admitted to police he'd successfully faked a probation office urine test about 15 times with water, yellow dye, and a pair of pantyhose before getting caught Wednesday afternoon.

Rodney Lorin Wallen, 36, 413 Pinhook Road, Rogersville, was placed on a year of probation on May 8, 2013 after pleading guilty to a charge of simple possession of Schedule III narcotics.

Wallen was also granted a Title 40 sentencing alternative.

Title 40 sentencing is reserved for first time offenders and allows them to have their record expunged if they complete the terms of probation.
