ETSU offers a week-long Renaissance Child Spring Enrichment Program
JOHNSON CITY – East Tennessee State University’s Office of Professional Development will offer a Renaissance Child Spring Enrichment Program for children ages 6 to 12 during the week of March 10-14, with daily sessions from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Participants will work with Dr. Ivan Mosley on technology activities, including building several types of alternative energy model cars. In addition, the group will engage in math projects centered on cooking, as well as the creation of spring mini-gardens. A field trip to Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies is planned.
Each child should bring a bag lunch daily and wear “paint-friendly” clothing.
Enrollment is limited. There is a $145 fee, with a $15 discount for ETSU students and employees.
