Mark Phillips, 32, 300 block W. Main St., Oak Harbor, was charged with two counts robbery, both second-degree felonies.

His driver, Matthew Baker, 34, 900 block Newton St., Norwalk, was charged with drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon. Surveillance footage showed

The clerk gave a description of the vehicle the suspect left in, and Officer James DeSalle soon caught up with him at the west end of the U.S. 6 overpass.
