Flights from the Tri-Cities Regional Airport were canceled this morning ahead of a winter storm expected to ravage the Southeast Tuesday.
Airport spokeswoman Melissa Thomas advised passengers with flights scheduled today to call their carriers to inquire about the status of their flights.
“Several US Airways flights are scheduled to arrive this afternoon, but will not be departing. The last US Airways departure today is flight #4259 scheduled for 12:55 p.m.,” Thomas said in a statement.
She said several Delta flights are already delayed this morning, and the last flight on the carrier is expected to depart at 1:05 p.m.
