Loaded logging truck stolen in Johnson County

MOUNTAIN CITY — A reward was being offered for information related to a loaded logging truck that was stolen from the Roan Creek area of Johnson County on New Year's Day.

Johnson County Sheriff Mike Reece said a 1977 Ford Log Truck equipped with a “knuckle boom” and loaded with logs was stolen.

Reece  said a reward was offered for information leading to the location of the equipment and arrests.

The truck is white and has Tennessee tags. The boom is rust colored.
