Three juveniles were charged with the burglary of $50 in cigars from a business in August, according to Johnson City police.
Police charged the juveniles this past Thursday with burglary and theft under $500.
The burglary happened Aug. 10 at Bays Mart, 603 W. Market St. on Aug. 10.
The boys reportedly went in through a rear window that accessed the ceiling and then dropped down through ceiling tiles.
Cigars were the only thing police reported stolen.
Video surveillance showed the crime occurring.
The boys were 14 and 15 years old.
They are all scheduled to appear in Johnson City Juvenile Court.
