KINGSPORT — A Sullivan County woman found a man she did not know lying in her bed on Wednesday afternoon, with him allegedly telling her to "get out of my house" before pouring himself a drink in the kitchen.

Randall Jordan, 40, of 2108 Lawrence Ave., Bristol, Va., faces multiple charges in the incident. The victim and a neighbor attempted to keep him at the scene until police arrived, but he reportedly drove through the yard to flee. He was soon located by officers, determined to be under the influence and transported to jail.

According to reports at the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office, the incident occurred on Newland Avenue in Bloomingdale. At approximately 3 p.m. a female resident came home to find her door open, along with a vehicle with Virginia tags in the driveway. She told police that she went ahead and entered the residence, believing the visitor to be her landlord.
