Unplugged & Unplanned Tour to raise funds for cancer patients

On Saturday, Sept. 7, at 6 p.m., the Crooked Road General Store will present Mark Lowry and Stan Whitmire for the Unplugged & Unplanned Tour at the Paramount in Bristol. We know Lowry for his joking with Bill Gaither in the Homecoming series, to his beautiful story at Christmas “Mary, Did You Know?” He will be joined by Whitmire on the piano.

This is the third in a series of concerts sponsored by Crooked Road General Store, in an effort to help cancer patients in the Tri-Cities. The funds raised will go to Bristol Regional Medical Center to be used for gas cards, hairpieces, pajamas, power bills and even mortgage assistance, medications and care. Tickets are $30 in advance or $35 at the door. To purchase, visit etix.com or call 274-8920.
