Top row Zachary K. Tittle and Lori E. Tucker. Bottom row Christa L. Bailey and John M. Watson.
Two more people were arrested this week in connection with a robbery of two women along Dry Creek Road last month.
Zachary K. Tittle, 19, and Lori E. Tucker, 20, both of 577 Woodlyn Road, were arrested on aggravated robbery charges Tuesday.
Two others — John M. Watson, 20, and Christa L. Bailey, 20, both of 160 Guinn Lane, Erwin — were already in custody.
The robbery happened July 27 when Lisa Yates and another woman were in a vehicle with the four people now charged.
Watson, Bailey, Tittle and Tucker picked up Yates on Dry Creek to give her a ride to Unicoi County. Instead, they pulled off the road into a long gravel driveway along the 2100 block of Dry Creek.
Yates told investigators that the men got out of the car and walked into the woods to urinate. When the men returned, they opened the back hatch of the vehicle and retrieved a pistol and shotgun.
Yates reported that Watson put a pistol to her head and ordered her out of the car. When she got out, Tittle was pointing the long gun at her.
“Both victims stated the two male defendants told them to put their pocketbooks in the trunk. All four defendants left the scene in the listed vehicle,” Washington County Sheriff’s Investigator Jeff Miller wrote in the arrest warrants.
Watson and Bailey were arrested at their home in Erwin a short time after officers responded to the incident. They were arraigned on the charge last week and each has a $20,000 bond.
Tucker and Tittle were arraigned Wednesday and each have a $10,000 bond. They have a court hearing Aug. 15.
