CHATTANOOGA — Before the crushed left side of his face was fixed by a mortician and the matted blood was combed from his hair, Tiki Finlayson already had decided to forgive the woman who killed her son.
Finlayson prayed for the wrong-way drunken driver before Kevin was even dead.
That was what she felt like God needed her to do, to make her son's death mean something.
