It's State of the Arts Weekend in Bristol — June 14-16!
The third annual State of the Arts Weekend kicks off this Friday with Art D’Vine. This event will ignite the weekend-long celebration which plays host to a large variety of arts and entertainment activities held throughout Historic Downtown Bristol on June 14, 15 and 16. With numerous events happening including art sales, a kids’ art day, an art competition, an art swap, a movie in the park, and extended hours for several businesses downtown on Sunday, Bristol is geared up to be the premier arts and entertainment destination for the area this weekend.
“We have planned a host of fun and creative events all weekend long. State of the Arts is a wonderful opportunity for local artists and artisans to showcase their work to the community, and also for the public to participate in the wide variety of arts downtown,” says René Rodgers, Associate Director of Believe in Bristol. “We hope that this weekend will inspire people to come downtown to be a part of our thriving arts scene.”
