This image is of the man suspected of burglarizing Greg's Pizza in Elizabethton.

ELIZABETHTON — The Elizabethton Police Department is requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the man who broke into Greg's Pizza, 770 W. Elk Ave., on Tuesday morning.

The restaurant's security cameras caught the image of the man who broke the glass out of the front door and then smashed the cash register.

After breaking the cash register, the man is seen walking towards the back of the restaurant, looking around thee store room and then leaving the store. The burglary took place at 12:55 a.m.

Damage to the restaurant included $500 for the front door glass and $500 for the cash register.

A witness told Bradshaw that he had seen a woman with two thin men looking in the windows a few hours before the burglary.
