Two Johnson City residents were possibly injured after swerving on a motorcycle to avoid hitting a sedan at around 3:40 p.m. on South Roan Street, police said.
Corban Lipscomb, 21, and Cassandra Ridenour, 20, crashed about 250 feet away from University Parkway while riding a white 2008 Honda B60, according to a crash report.
Lipscomb and Ridenour suffered possible injuries and both were transported to the Johnson City Medical Center.
The driver of a blue 1998 Ford Escort, Gabrielle Howell, 22, of Harriman, failed to yield while making a left turn, according to the report.
Neither Howell nor the passenger in the sedan, Race Brannon, 21, Johnson City, were reported to suffer injuries.
