Two arrested in Bristol drug operation

BRISTOL –– Two men were arrested Wednesday on drug related charges, according to a Bristol Tennessee Police Department Street Crimes Unit press release.
According to the release, James Thomas Oxendine II and Thomas John Dulls, were reportedly charged after they delivered and sold “crack” cocaine to a Pennsylvania Avenue address.
Oxendine and Dulls were both taken to Sullivan Count Jail in Blountville.
Police said Oxendine was charged with delivery and distribution of a schedule II controlled substance and Dulls was charged with delivery and distribution of a schedule II controlled substance, as well as possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to resale.
Oxendine and Dulls arrests were a result of ongoing criminal investigations into the distribution of illegal drugs in the city.
Others who have been arrested as part of the investigation, as well as their charges include:
- Keyo Swagerty, 32, 1605½ Edgemont Ave.; Four counts of sale and delivery of oxycodone within 1,000 feet of a school and conspiracy to possess oxycodone within 1,000 feet of a school
- Pamela J. Campbell, 22, 177 Mildred Guy Road; One count sale and delivery off oxycodone, one count sale and delivery of dihydrocodeinone, one count sale and delivery of buprenorphine
- Ronnie R. Ferguson, 53, 1116 Windsor Ave.; Two counts sale and delivery of over one-half gram of cocaine and one count sale and delivery of cocaine
- Courtney Poore, 32, 432 Shawnee Drive; One count sale and delivery of buprenorphine
- Felicia Clark, 56, 168 Mildred Guy Road; Two counts sale and delivery of oxycodone, one count sale and delivery of buprenorphine, one count sale and delivery of dihydrocodeinone, one count sale and delivery of over 1/2 gram of cocaine
- Tiffany H. Mitchell, 25, 427 Belmont Drive; Three counts sale and delivery of over 1/2 gram of cocaine
- Rebecca Newman, 26, 1610 Kentucky Ave.; One count sale and delivery of oxycodone and one count sale and delivery of dihydrocodeinone
- April Geiger, 33, 1004 Tennessee Ave.; Two counts sale and delivery of dihydrocodeinone within 1,000 feet of a school, two counts sale and delivery of oxycodone and one count sale and delivery of morphine within 1,000 feet of a school
