ELIZABETHTON — The Elizabethton Downtown Business Association will sponsor a Halloween treat event Wednesday from 3-5 p.m.
The City of Elizabethton, as a co-sponsor, will close cross streets on Elk Avenue to help provide an alternative to children going door to door in other areas. Snow is predicted, and the downtown area has covered sidewalks and free parking.
