ROGERSVILLE — The cause of a fire that destroyed a two-story home near Rogersville Sunday evening and left a family of six homeless remains under investigation.
Several Hawkins County fire departments responded to the house fire at 154 Dawn Lane, located north of Rogersville in a subdivision behind Otis Eldridge’s “Memory Lane” festival grounds.
Hawkins County Emergency Management Agency Director Gary Murrell also serves on the Striggersville Volunteer Fire Department, which was primary responder to this fire.
