Jonesborough man charged with hitting pedestrian with car

A Jonesborough man was charged Sunday with hitting a pedestrian with his car and driving on home, according to a police news release.
Johnson City police said Randall Holder, 21, 304 Hairetown Road, intentionally struck a person with his vehicle. The location of this incident was not provided in the news release.
The identity of the person struck was not revealed but this person was treated for non life-threatening injuries at Johnson City Medical Center.
Holder was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $11,000 bond.
He was scheduled to appear in Sessions Court Monday.
