A Telford woman was arrested this week on drug charges following a grand jury indictment being riled earlier this year, according to Washington County Sheriff Ed Graybeal. Kasandra F. Milhorn, 25, 201 Mill St., Telford, was charged with possession with intent to sell marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a dwelling where controlled substances are used and/or sold.
Millhorn was stopped in December by officers with the Criminal Interdiction Unit. Her license was revoked, so she was arrested on traffic charges at that time.
Milhorn was on probation at the time as well for several drug convictions.
Officers searched Milhorn’s vehicle and home where they found nearly a half-pound of marijuana packaged to sell, digital scales, drug ledgers and other material. In the car, offices found a small amount of cash.
Milhorn was jailed under a $7,000 bond and will appear in Criminal Court next month.
