WARTBURG — An Oak Ridge teenager died today from injuries he suffered after falling from the back of a pickup in Morgan County.

Aaron B. Walls, 17, who played football for Oliver Springs High School, was pronounced dead this morning at the University of Tennessee Medical Center following the wreck that took place just before 9:40 p.m. Sunday on Coal Hill Road in front of Coalfield High School, said Tennessee Highway Patrol spokeswoman Dalya Qualls.

Walls and another male juvenile were riding in the bed of a Toyota pickup truck as the driver of the truck, also a juvenile, drove eastbound on Coal Hill near Fairview Road, Qualls said.
