McCann (3-3) held the Ospreys to one run on seven hits while striking out one and walking none. Offensively, the Bucs had four players register two-hit games, while five of their 11 hits went for extra bases — three doubles and two triples.
The Bucs (18-17 overall, 7-5 A-Sun) were led by their 7-8-9 hitters as Trey York, Zach Thompson and Gage Downey combined to go 6 for 9 with one double, one triple, one walk, four runs and four RBIs. York, who had a bases clearing double in the fifth, went 2 for 4 with a double and three RBIs. Downey was 2 for 2 with a triple, a run scored and an RBI, and Thompson filled in nicely for the injured Dylan Tritsch , going 2 for 3 with a walk, and scoring two runs. Clinton Freeman was the fourth Buccaneer to end with a multi-hit game as the senior slugger went 2 for 5 with a double, a triple, a run scored and an RBI.

UNF dipped to 15-21, 6-9. The Bucs won just their third series over UNF since joining the conference in 2006, while it was the second time in four seasons the Bucs have swept the Ospreys.
