Should former Unicoi County Sheriff Kent Harris face trial for theft charge a third time? Absolutely not. In my opinion it would only confirm how personal it has become with the district attorney general.

I think his time and resources should be used to pursue real criminals, not someone who has spent half of his adult life trying to do what was right for Unicoi County, which resulted in his getting caught up in a bunch of so-called local politics.
