Dorothy was a homemaker. She was of the Freewill Baptist Faith.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a son Michael Ketcherside; three brothers: Bud Harris, Billy Harris, and Johnny Harris; three sisters: Pauline Harris, Geraldine Harris, and Eleanor Thomas.
Those left to cherish her memory, one daughter, Rita Sneed, Nashville; one brother, Rod Harris, Erwin; two grandchildren: Michael Wayne Ketcherside, Mountain City, and Talishia Gail Ketcherside, Kingsport; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at the Robert Ledford Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service will follow the visitation in the Evergreen Cemetery with Reverend Bill Greer officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
