Mr. Robert Wayne Bradford, age 72, Jonesborough, passed away Friday, November 30, 2012 at the Johnson City Medical Center.

Mr. Bradford was a native of Skowhegan, Maine and son of the late Wayne D. & Evelyn (Grignon) Bradford.

He was a veteran of the United States Air Force having served for over 20 years. After retirement, he was a Civil Service employee for over 10 years. While in the Air Force, he had the opportunity to live and serve in many places around the world. Some of his hobbies included flying private aircraft, go-cart racing, motorcycles and boating. While he lived in Florida, he spent many hours fishing and was a licensed boat captain.

Survivors include his wife, Carol (Withrow) Bradford, Jonesborough, Tenn.; son, Robert Bradford, Jr., Burlington, Washington; one daughter, Sharon Bradford, Glendale, Arizona; one brother, Bruce Bradford, Waterville, Maine; step-daughter, Teresa Bedell, Clinton, Tenn; grandsons, Robert the III, David, Michael and Kevin; one granddaughter, Cheryl Ann; and two great-grandchildren.
