A Bristol man was charged Friday with forcible sodomy of a child after an investigation by Bristol, Va., police, a news release said.
According to police, Timothy Arnett, 41, 1805 King College Road, was arrested for an incident that allegedly took place behind the Bristol Public Library last month, involving a 12-year-old male.
Arnett was taken to the Bristol, Va., Jail and held without bond, police said.
He is scheduled to appear in the Juvenile Domestic Court in Bristol, Va., on May 16 at 9:15 a.m.
