Teenager dead after shooting in Chattanooga

CHATTANOOGA — Chattanooga police have confirmed that Tuesday morning's shooting is a fatal.

It happened between 2:30 and 3:00 a.m. in the 3200 block of 13th Avenue.

18 year old Eric Mason Fluellen was discovered lying in the street with gunshot wounds.
