A Johnson City woman was charged Thursday with stealing and using her roommate’s credit card, according to police.
Amanda Joe Barnes, 31, 716 E. Maple St., was charged with fraudulent use of a credit card over $1,000 and theft of property under $500, according to a Johnson City police news release.
She was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on unrelated charges and was scheduled to appear in Session Court Friday.
